Meyba Barcelona retro football shirt 1988/89 for adults. The back of the shirt features number 11 and the name Laudrup. This blue football shirt is based on FC Barcelona’s away shirt from the 1985–1991 period. The rare shirt is predominantly blue and has two vertical red and blue (blaugrana) stripes down the right side. The Meyba trademark taping decorates both sleeves, with the zig-zag stripes also in red and blue. The right chest features the Meyba logo, while the other side has the outline of the Barcelona crest. The shirt also features a blue polo collar and a V-neck. Material: 100% polyester.
In the 1988–1989 season, Barça finished second in the Primera División behind rivals Real Madrid. That season, FC Barcelona did win the Cup Winners’ Cup (European Cup II). In the final, Barcelona defeated Sampdoria 2–0, with goals from Salinas and Rekarte. Other players in the squad included Gary Lineker, Guillermo Amor, and Txiki Begiristain.
